My husband visited the bar in the evening and snacks or more like a mini buffet was provided. Very good choice for breakfast, fruit, hot and cold food and the staff were really friendly. Check in was easy and reception staff were helpful during our stay as we asked a few questions about going to Lake Garda. Great air conditioning and quiet as in some hotels it can be noisy. Clean towels everyday if needed with toiletries provided and coffee, tea making facilities. Huge bed, very clean and housekeeping was excellent. I have stayed in many BW hotels and this was definitely a shock.Ġ.57km from downtown I booked a standard room with no balcony which was on the first floor overlooking the courtyard and was quiet. She said it was nothing to do with the hotel and I explained that she called the taxi and I was just warning them for future reference to which she said yes do what you want and terminated the call. When I questioned this she claimed to not understand !! I left and called the hotel to warn them of this practice and the receptionist was rude and actually laughed.

The driver pressed a button and it changed to 10 euros 80. I noticed the meter started at 5 euros which is standard and as we pulled up at the station the meter said 7 euros 90. The receptionist said she would call a taxi and it duly arrived. The taxi I got from the station to the hotel on arrival cost me 7 euros. On the day I was leaving I needed a taxi to take me to the station as I had heavy luggage. that was it !! The staff's solution to this was to join two extension cable together with a multi plug adapter.not the safest and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. In my room I had 1 socket on the opposite wall to the bed. I was given no introduction to how anything worked and there was no information in the rooms. Breakfast was good however the biggest problem this hotel has is the staff. 0.42km from downtown Hotel was clean, pleasant and very conveniently located.
